This message is shown when your SoyMomo is not communicating with the application. This could be because:
- Your SoyMomo's SIM doesn’t have any data (megas).
- Your SoyMomo is turned off.
- Your SoyMomo is in an area with no signal (a red circle appears in the signal).
Remember that in order to work correctly, the SoyMomo needs data (MB/megs), to send the GPS position to your cell phone and receive the configuration that you send it.
