The erasing of information of your SoyMomo Tablet allows you to reestablish the Child Mode (SoyMomo Tablet), which could fix the errors. You should remember that you must register a new parental control PIN again and the recuperation email, additionally, a new QR code will generate. So it’s important to link the SoyMomo tablet again to the mobile app, to erase you should follow the steps:
- Go to Settings.
- Select Apps and Notifications.
- Click on Child Mode (SoyMomo Tablet).
- Enter the Security PINK.
- Go to Storage
- Free Storage > Accept
- Force stop.
Go back to the main screen to start the Tablet configuration.
Note: If you don’t have access to the main screen to enter into settings, go to the upper bar and swipe two times > select Settings.
